System preferences

Settings → Systems collects a few general options for how the Company Portal behaves.

Localization and appearance​

These two options apply to you, in the browser you are using. They take effect as soon as you choose them.

  • Application language — the language of the portal, such as English or Hebrew. Hebrew displays right to left.
  • Theme — Light or Dark. You can also switch between them with the light or dark mode button in the toolbar.

Auto-Close Tabs​

When you open a quote, order, customer, invoice, driver or outside carrier, it opens in its own tab inside that area of the portal. Auto-Close Tabs closes those tabs automatically after they haven't been viewed for a while, so they don't pile up.

  • All Tabs — one time limit for every kind of tab, from Never to 24 Hours.
  • Or set a different time for Quotes, Orders, Customers, Invoices, Drivers and Outsource tabs. All Tabs then shows Custom.

This option applies to your whole company. Select Save to apply it.

Order: Show Transfer cards​

Show Transfer cards sets whether transfer cards are shown by default on new orders. You can still change it on each order. This option applies to your whole company. Select Save to apply it.

To see and change this option, your roles need the Profile tab - View Order Info and Profile tab - Edit Order Info permissions. See Roles and permissions.
