Quote and order lists
Select Quotes or Orders in the left menu to open the list. The list is the first tab of the page. Each quote or order you open appears in its own tab next to it, so you can keep several open and switch between them. Close a tab when you no longer need it.
Filter the list
Use the search box in the toolbar to search the list you are looking at.
For more precise results, open the filter button in the list header. It shows how many filters are applied; select the × on it to clear them all.

Select Apply Now to apply your choices, or Clear All to start again.
Save a filter
When you use the same filters often, save them:
- Set up the filters.
- Select New Filter, enter a name and select Save.
Saved filters appear under Saved Filter. Select one to apply it. After changing the filters of a saved filter, select Update Filter to keep the changes. To delete a saved filter, select the trash icon next to its name.
The table
The table lists one quote or order per row:
- Quote # or Order # — a red HOLD badge appears when the order has a hold. Select the eye icon next to it to see the hold details.
- Date, Company (the customer) and PO #.
- Locations — the pickup and delivery address, or Multiple when there are several.
- Trip Status (orders only) — where the order is on the road. Each small bar above the status represents one stop; hover a bar to see that stop's type, status, address and planned and actual arrival.
- Price — for orders, the invoice icon is green when the order has an invoice and red when it does not. Select the icon to create, update or open the invoice.
Select a row to open it in its own tab. When a record has stops, select the arrow at the start of its row to expand it and see its trips.
Row actions
Open the ⋮ menu at the end of a row. The actions you see depend on the record and your permissions.
For orders:
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Order Sheet | Open the order sheet. |
| BOL | Open the bill of lading. |
| Repeat Order | Create a new order with the same stops and items. See Repeat an order. |
| Set HOLD / Resolve HOLD | Place or resolve a hold. See Holds. |
| Undo Order | Shown for closed or completed orders. Undoes the completed stops so the work can be redone. |
| Edit Order | Open the order. |
| Delete Order | Delete the order. |
| Copy Order for driver | Copy the stop details for the driver. Available once the order is assigned. |
| Revert to Quote | Turn the order back into a quote. Available only while none of its stops are assigned. |
For quotes:
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Email quote | Email the quote to the customer. Not available for drafts — save the draft as a quote first. |
| Approve quote | Approve the quote so it becomes an order. Not available for drafts. |
| Edit Quote / Edit Draft | Open the quote. |
| Delete Quote / Delete Draft | Delete the quote. |
Work with several at once
Select the check boxes of the rows you want, then:
- Quotes — when two or more are selected, open the ⋯ menu and choose Approve Quotes or Delete Quotes.
- Orders — when two or more are selected, open the ⋯ menu and choose Set HOLD or Resolve HOLD. To delete the selected orders, open the gear menu and choose Delete. If an order already has an invoice, RushHour warns you before deleting it.
Order dashboard
On the Orders page, select Order Dashboard to show a summary above the list. The chart breaks your orders down by status; select a status to filter the list by it. Select Unpaid Orders to show only orders that are not paid.
Table, map and board views
The Orders page has three views. Switch between them with Table, Map and Board in the list header. All three use the same filters.
Map
The map shows your orders at their pickup and delivery locations.
- Open Layers to show or hide pickups, drop-offs and trucks, and to choose which statuses appear.
- The map refreshes automatically about every 30 seconds while it is open. The time of the last update is shown next to Live. Select the refresh button to update it immediately, or Re-center to fit all orders on screen.
- Select a marker to see the order, then Open order or View in Dispatch.
- Orders whose addresses have no map coordinates yet are listed under No location.
- When many orders match your filters, the map shows only the first part of them and tells you so. Narrow your filters to see the rest.
Trucks appear only when truck positions are available to RushHour, for example from a connected telematics integration.
Board
The board shows orders as cards in columns by status: Unassigned, Dispatched, On Route, Complete and Closed. The Closed column starts collapsed; select Show closed orders to open it. Each card shows the order number, customer, cities, date, a HOLD badge when relevant, and the same ⋮ menu as the table.
You can move cards in two ways:
- Unassigned → Dispatched (or select Assign on the card) opens the order so you can assign its stops to drivers. The card moves once the stops are assigned.
- Complete → Closed (or select Close on the card) closes the order after you confirm. This needs the Close and Create Invoice permission.
Other moves aren't possible from the board, because those statuses come from what happens on the route. For example, an order becomes On Route when the driver picks it up, and Complete when it is delivered.
