Settings

Settings is where you set up how RushHour works for your company: your company profile, the people who can sign in, what each role may do, integrations with other services, the Driver app your drivers use, and more.

Open Settings

  • Select the gear icon at the bottom of the left sidebar. Settings opens on the Profile page.
  • Or select your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar and choose My Account, which also opens Settings → Profile.

The Settings menu runs down the left side of the page. Select an entry to open that page.

Who can change settings

Everyone who signs in to the Company Portal can open Settings, but what you can see and change on each page depends on the permissions of your roles. For example, changing your company's contact details needs a different permission from changing its order numbering.

A few actions are reserved for users who hold the Company Admin role, whatever other permissions they have — among them managing roles, deleting users, resetting or setting other users' passwords, and setting up most integrations.

If you open a page your roles don't cover, it may show no data, or you may see an Access denied message. Ask a Company Admin in your company to review your roles. See Roles and permissions.
