Subscription

Settings → Subscription shows the plan your company runs on, the other plans you can choose, and how much of your plan you are using. Open it from the General group of the Settings menu, or select Change Plan in the Plan Details panel of Settings → Profile.

The plans

Each plan card shows:

  • its monthly price, its yearly price when it has one, and any one-time onboarding fee;
  • how many office users and drivers it includes, and how many orders per month;
  • the features it includes, and the price of each additional office user, driver or order beyond the allowance.

Your current plan is marked Current plan. When RushHour has agreed a price with your company, the card shows it as Your price, next to the list price. Annual billing, free periods and negotiated prices are arranged with RushHour support, unless your company is billed through Stripe — see Billing through Stripe. Plans that show Contact us can't be selected from this page.

Switch to another plan

Exactly one plan is active at a time. To move to another plan, a Company Admin switches that plan on and confirms the change. Everyone else sees the page read-only, with the current plan and its limits.

Your usage and limits

The page also shows your usage against the plan's limits: office users, drivers, and orders in the current month, with the date the monthly order count resets.

When about 10% or less of an allowance is left, a counter appears next to the button that uses it — New Order on the order lists, Add Driver on the Drivers page and Add User in Settings → Users — so the people who create orders, drivers and users can see it coming. If your plan enforces its limits, those buttons are disabled once a limit is reached, and their tooltip explains why. On plans that don't enforce their limits, nothing is blocked.

  • Orders — the counter resets each month. Until then, upgrade your plan or wait for the new period.
  • Drivers and office users — the number is fixed for a plan. To add more, change your plan.

Billing through Stripe

If your company subscribed to its plan through Stripe — for example with a free trial started on the RushHour website — the page also has a Billing card. Companies that RushHour bills in another way don't see it.

  • The card shows the subscription's status, such as Free trial or Active, when the free trial ends and what the first charge will be, when the plan renews and for how much, the card on file and the last payment.
  • A Company Admin can open Manage billing to update the card or pay an open invoice, switch the Billing period between monthly and yearly when the plan has a yearly price, and see the company's Stripe invoices.
  • When a payment fails, the card says so while Stripe retries the charge. Update the card under Manage billing to keep the subscription.
  • If the subscription stays unpaid, RushHour can pause creating new quotes and orders until a Company Admin pays. Everything else keeps working, and new quotes and orders are back within about a minute of the payment.
