Documents
Documents show up in three places in the Company Portal. Knowing which is which makes them easier to find.
| Where | What it holds | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Documents in the sidebar | Your company's documents library: files your team uploads, documents created in the built-in editor, and copies of documents RushHour generates and sends. RushHour reads each file, suggests its type and a summary, and makes it searchable. | Use the documents library and Import documents with AI |
| Orders, quotes, invoices and routes | Business documents RushHour creates from your data on demand — bills of lading, labels, order sheets, quotes and invoices — which you can print, download or email. | Business documents |
| An order's Attachments tab | Files attached to the order, its stops and its items — by your team, or by drivers from the driver app, such as photos taken at a delivery. | Proof of delivery |
The documents library is for your team only. It isn't shown in the Customer Portal.
Permissions for the documents library

Permissions for bills of lading, quotes and invoices are part of the orders, quotes and accounting permissions.
