Company Portal
The Company Portal is the web application your trucking or logistics company uses to run its operation in RushHour. Dispatchers, operations and office staff use it to price and book work, plan and track routes, manage customers, drivers and carriers, and bill for the work.
This section explains each area of the portal. The guides describe the new UI, which is what you see by default. If you are just getting started, read First steps and The New UI first.

The left menu
The menu on the left side of the screen takes you to each main area:
| Menu item | What you do there | Guide |

| Quotes | Price work for customers and turn accepted quotes into orders. | Quotes and orders |
| Orders | Create, follow and close orders. | Quotes and orders |
| Dispatch | Assign orders to drivers and routes, and follow the day on the board. | Dispatch |
| Documents | Store, find and import documents. | Documents |
| Reports | Run the built-in reports and export them to CSV. | Reports and dashboard |
| Accounting | Work with invoices and payments. | Accounting |
| Drivers | Manage your drivers, and open the Issues and Compliance pages. | Drivers and fleet |
| Outsource | Manage the outside carriers you give work to. | Carriers |
You only see the menu items your role allows. For example, Quotes, Orders, Documents and Reports appear only if your role includes permission to view them. See Roles and permissions.
Your customers (CRM) and the Inbox open from icons in the toolbar at the top of the page — see The toolbar.
To make more room on the screen, use the menu button at the top of the sidebar to collapse it to icons.
The bottom of the sidebar
- Settings — the gear icon opens Settings, where your company's setup lives. Right-click it to open Settings in a new browser tab.
- Your avatar — opens a menu with My Account (your company's Profile page in Settings) and Log Out. If your account belongs to more than one company, you also switch between companies here. See Switching companies.
The toolbar
The toolbar across the top of each page shows where you are and gives you quick access to:
- Search — search the current page, or search across RushHour.
- Setup guide — continue setting up your company, when the guide is turned on.
- Notifications — the bell shows new notifications for you. See Notifications and inbox.
- CRM — the people icon opens your customer list and shows how many customers your team hasn't viewed yet. See Customers.
- Inbox — the envelope icon opens your Inbox (email and driver chat) and shows how many unread emails are waiting. See Notifications and inbox.
- Light or dark mode — switch the portal's color theme.
- Old UI / new UI — switch between the new UI and the previous design. Your choice is remembered in the browser you are using.
The AI assistant
The AI assistant panel sits next to the menu. You can ask it questions about your data and ask it to help with tasks in the portal. You can collapse the panel, expand it, or move it to the other side of the screen. See AI assistant.
