Two customer communication features are being prepared:
- Customer stop notifications — automatic emails to your customers when a driver arrives at or leaves a stop, with company-wide defaults and per-customer settings.
- Public tracking links — a link you can share so a customer can follow an order's progress on a map without signing in, which you can also email to them straight from the order. See Tracking links.
