About

Settings → About is the last entry in the Settings menu. It is useful when you contact RushHour support, and it shows where to download the Driver app.

Versions

The top of the page shows two version numbers:

  • API Version — the version of the RushHour service your portal is connected to.
  • UI Version — the version of the Company Portal loaded in your browser.

If support asks which version you are on, share both numbers.

System Health

System Health gives a general indication of the status of the services behind RushHour. It shows:

  • An overall status — for example All systems operational or Some services degraded — and when the status was last checked.
  • Subsystem probes — a status for each area: Database, Storage, Search, Maps, Emails, Payments, Tolls and Files. Each one reads Healthy, Degraded, Unhealthy or Unknown.
  • Disk storage — how much space is used and free, when this is reported.

Select Refresh to check again.

System Health reflects RushHour's platform as a whole, not your company's own setup. A probe can show a problem even while the related features work normally for your company. If something isn't working for you, contact RushHour support rather than relying on this panel alone.

Download the Driver app

The Download the Driver Mobile App panel links to the RushHour Drivers app on the App Store and on Google Play. Share these links with your drivers. To learn about the app, see the Driver app guides.

Coming soon

The About page will show the release date under each version number, and more detail about any probe that isn't healthy.
