Profile and settings in the driver app

Open Settings from the side menu (☰). The top of the screen shows your name, email address and phone number, followed by these options:

My Achievements isn't available yet.

Your profile

My Profile shows your distance driven, number of orders and your rating, with links to:

• Personal Info — your driver profile and documents;
• My Truck — your vehicle details;
• Violations, unless your company has turned that tab off. RushHour doesn't record violations yet, so it has nothing to show — see Issues and violations.

You can also open your driver profile by tapping your photo on the dashboard.

Update your personal details

1. Open My Profile → Personal Info.
2. Select Edit.
3. Update your Language, Location, Birth Date or Phone.
4. Select Save.

Language is the language you prefer, saved with your driver profile. It doesn't change the language of the app, which is in English.

Your name and email address can't be changed in the app. If they are wrong, ask your company to correct them.

Your documents

Personal Info also holds photos of your Driving License, Registration Card and Insurance Card. Tap a document to view it full screen, or upload a new photo — from your files or with the camera — to replace it.

Your vehicle

My Truck shows your vehicle's License Plate and Vehicle Brand, and your license, registration and insurance documents. Select Edit to change the plate number or brand and select Save.

Change your password

You confirm a password change with a code sent to your email address.

1. Open Settings → Privacy → Change Password. The app sends a code to your email address straight away.
2. Enter the code from the email.
3. Enter your new password twice. It must follow the password rules.
4. Select Update Password.

If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then select Resend once the countdown ends.

Appearance

Select Appearance and choose:

• System Default — follow your phone's light or dark setting;
• Light Mode; or
• Dark Mode.

About the app

About shows the version of the app you are using and whether the app can currently reach RushHour. If you contact your company about a problem with the app, tell them the version shown here.

Sign out

1. Select Log out.
2. Confirm with Sign out.

When you sign out, the app removes your account details and your company's app settings from the phone, so the next person to sign in on the same phone starts fresh.
