Expenses in the driver app
When you spend money on the job — fuel, tolls, parking, repairs — record it in the driver app with a photo of the receipt. The expense goes to your office for approval, and you can follow its status in the app.
Open Expenses from the dashboard's work tools, or Settings → My Expenses.
Your expenses
My Expenses shows how much you have spent this month and lists your expenses. Filter the list by status:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Sent to the office and waiting for review. |
| Approved | Your office approved the expense. |
| Rejected | Your office rejected the expense. Open it to see why. |
Tap an expense to see everything you entered and the receipt.
Add an expense
-
On My Expenses, add a new expense.

Fill in the details:
Field What to enter Amount What you paid. For a refund or credit, such as a fuel-card credit, mark the amount as a Credit. Date When you spent the money. It can't be in the future. Category The kind of expense, from the categories your company has set up. Categories marked Receipt required need a receipt photo, and Fuel / IFTA categories ask for fuel details. Truck Which truck the expense was for, if your company has trucks set up. Vendor Where you spent it, for example the name and number of a truck stop. Paid With How you paid: cash, credit card, fuel card, check, ACH, Comchek, driver advance or other. Odometer The truck's current mileage, if you want to record it. Fuel Details For fuel: gallons, price per gallon (the app works out the amount), the state or province where you fueled, and the fuel type. Add the two-letter state or province code — fuel without it can't be claimed for IFTA. Notes Anything the office should know. Receipt Take a photo with the Camera or choose one from your Gallery. -
Select Submit Expense.
When it is sent, the app confirms it went to the office for approval.
Without a signal
If you have no signal, the expense and its receipt are saved on your phone and sent by themselves once you are back online. The app tells you when something is saved on your device and waiting to send. You don't need to submit it again — doing so would record the same purchase twice.
If a receipt photo is still uploading in the background, the expense shows that it is waiting, and the photo finishes uploading once you have signal.
Change or delete an expense
While an expense hasn't been reviewed yet, you can open it to edit the details, add another receipt photo, or delete it. Once your office has reviewed it, it can no longer be changed from the app — ask your office if something needs correcting.
If your office rejected an expense without giving a reason, ask your dispatcher before submitting it again.
