The dashboard
The dashboard is your home page in the Company Portal. Open it from the sidebar: Dashboard.
Across the top are tabs: the built-in Today and All Time tabs, followed by any custom dashboards you can see. RushHour remembers the tab you used last and opens it next time, on any device. If you have never chosen a tab and your company has set a default dashboard, that dashboard opens first.
The dashboard refreshes itself every minute while it is open.

Needs Attention
A short to-do list of the things that need someone to act — late orders, unassigned orders, orders on hold, unread emails and unread notifications. Click an item to jump to the right page, such as Dispatch, Orders or Inbox. When there is nothing to do, it says All clear.
Late Orders
The most recent late orders, with the customer, the kind of stop that is late (pickup, delivery or transfer), and how far past its scheduled time it is. If there are more late orders than fit in the list, a note tells you how many more you can find in Dispatch.
All Time
All Time gives a longer-term overview:
| Widget | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Users | Your team members and whether they are active. |
| Drivers | Available drivers and drivers on route. |
| Open Orders | A chart of open work: unassigned, dispatched, drafts and quotes. |
| Invoices | A chart of invoice totals: paid, due in the next 30 days, and outstanding. |
| Customers | Active and total customers. |
| Daily Orders | Order activity by day. |
When an order counts as late
The Late orders tile, the Late Orders list and the Needs Attention list all use the same rules. A stop that has not been arrived at counts as late:
- Pickup — 2 hours after its scheduled time.
- Delivery on the same day as the pickup — 4 hours after the pickup's scheduled time, but no later than the end of the pickup day.
- Delivery on a later day than the pickup — from 12:00 (noon) on the delivery day.
- Delivery with no pickup to compare against — 4 hours after its own scheduled time.
A stop never counts as late before its own scheduled time.
Only stops scheduled within the last 30 days are checked, so very old orders that were never closed do not crowd out today's problems.
