Reports and exports

The Company Portal does not have a single page that lists every report. Instead, reports live next to the work they describe, and the AI assistant can run a library of reports for you on request.

Coming soon

A Reports page in the main menu is being prepared: a list of the built-in reports grouped by area, where you fill in a report's options, run it, and export the results to a CSV file. As with reports run by the AI assistant, which reports you can run depends on your permissions.

Asking the AI assistant for a report

The AI assistant can look up and run reports for you. Describe what you want in plain language — for example:

  • "Show invoiced revenue by month for this year."
  • "Who were our top customers by revenue last quarter?"
  • "List overdue invoices."
  • "Show receivables aging."
  • "How many stops did each driver complete last month?"
  • "Which closed orders were never invoiced?"
  • "How did quotes convert to orders by month?"

The assistant's report library covers orders and quotes, invoices and receivables, customers, drivers and routes, trucks and expenses, lanes and pricing, waiting time, and more. It answers in the chat, often as a table or chart, and explains what the figures are based on.

What you can run depends on your permissions. Reports that read data you are not allowed to see are refused. Some reports that calculate figures directly from your company's records are available to administrators only, unless the report is tied to a specific permission — for example, receivables reports are available to users with View Invoices and Payments.

tip

Reports are only as complete as your records. For example, receivables figures treat an invoice as unpaid until its payments are recorded in RushHour.
