Custom dashboards
Besides the built-in Today and All Time tabs, you can build your own dashboards from a library of widgets and arrange them the way you like.
Personal and company dashboards
| Scope | Who sees it | Who can change it |
|---|---|---|
| Personal | Only you. | You. No permission is needed. |
| Company | Everyone in your company. | Users with the Manage dashboards permission. |
Each custom dashboard appears as a tab on the dashboard page. A personal dashboard is marked with its own icon, and the company default dashboard with another.
You can have up to 10 personal dashboards, your company up to 20 company dashboards, and each dashboard can hold up to 40 widgets.
Creating a dashboard
- Open Dashboard and click the ⋮ (Manage dashboards) menu at the top of the page.
- Choose New Dashboard — or Duplicate Dashboard to start from the tab you are on, including Today or All Time.
- Enter a name and choose Personal or Company. Company is only offered if you have the Manage dashboards permission.
- Click Create.
Editing a dashboard
- Open the dashboard and click Edit Dashboard. The button appears on your personal dashboards, and on company dashboards if you have Manage dashboards.
- Click Add Widget and pick widgets from the list. Widgets are grouped into Today, Operations, Analytics and People, and the list only offers widgets you have permission to see.
- Drag widgets to move them, and drag their edges to resize them.
- Use a widget's gear icon to change its options, such as its time range, or its × to remove it.
- Click Save, or Cancel to discard your changes.
From the ⋮ menu you can also Rename Dashboard and Delete Dashboard. Deleting a dashboard cannot be undone.
Setting the company default
Users with Manage dashboards can choose Set as company default on a company dashboard. People who have not picked a dashboard tab yet see the company default when they open the dashboard. Choose Remove company default to go back to Today.

| Customers | Active and total customers. |

If a widget on a shared dashboard needs a permission you don't have, it tells you so instead of showing the data.
