Notifications

The Customer Portal keeps you informed through the notification bell at the top of every page, and by email for the kinds of notification you choose.

The notification bell

The bell shows how many unread notifications you have. Select it to open the notifications panel, where you can:

  • Mark all read at once.
  • Open a notification to follow its link, where it has one.
  • Use the options on a notification to Mark as read, Mark as unread, Hide notification or Snooze it.
  • Answer Approve or Deny on notifications that ask you for a decision. Your answer cannot be changed after you submit it, so the portal asks you to confirm a denial.

Announcements for all users can also appear in the panel.

Snooze a notification

Snoozing hides a notification until a time you choose, then shows it again. Pick 1 hour, Tomorrow at 8:00, or Custom… to choose a date and time up to 90 days ahead.

Choose what reaches you

  1. Open the account menu at the top of the page and select Settings, then Notifications. You can also use Notification settings at the bottom of the notifications panel.
  2. For each category, switch In-app and Email on or off.

Changes are saved as you make them.
