Inviting colleagues

Everyone at your company who works with your carrier can have their own sign-in to the Customer Portal. They all see the same account: the same orders, invoices, tracking and support conversation. Giving each person their own sign-in means nobody has to share a password.

You manage this in Settings → Account access.

See who has access

  1. Open the account menu at the top of the page and select Settings.
  2. Select Account access.

The list shows each person's name, email address and status. Your own row is marked (you). Use the search box to find someone.

StatusMeaning
ActiveThe person has set up their account and can sign in.
InvitedAn invitation was sent, but the person has not set their password yet.
DisabledYour carrier has switched this person's access off.

Invite a colleague

  1. In Account access, select Invite user.
  2. Enter your colleague's Email, and their First name and Last name so others can recognise them in the list.
  3. Select Send invite.

Your colleague receives an invitation email with a link to set their password and sign in to your account. They then follow the steps in Signing in. Until they do, they appear as Invited.

If you do not see Invite user, inviting colleagues has been turned off for your account. Ask your carrier to invite the person instead.

Resend an invitation

If a colleague lost the email or their link has expired, select Resend invite on their row. This works only for people who are still Invited. It sends a new email, and the earlier link and temporary password stop working.

If the invitation cannot be sent

Remove or disable someone's access

You cannot remove or disable a colleague's sign-in from the portal. If someone leaves your company or should no longer have access, ask your carrier to disable or remove their sign-in.
